William Milligan (1821-1892), scholar

William Milligan (1821-1892) was a Scottish NT scholar. After studying at the University of Halle, Germany, he was Professor at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. His son George Milligan was also a NT scholar at Glasgow University, Scotland.
