Matthew Bible (1537 Rogers), book
Matthew Bible (1537) is a book by John Rogers, William Tyndale, and Myles Coverdale.
Abstract
The editor John Rogers contributed little to this English translation--only the Prayer of Manasseh can be attributed to him. The translation of the entire New Testament (and of significant portions of the Old Testament) was the work of William Tyndale. The remaining books of the Old Testament and the Apocrypha were the work of Myles Coverdale; see Coverdale Bible (1535 Coverdale), book.
