Paul's First Missionary Journey (see map) refers to an episode in the lives of Paul of Tarsus, Barnabas and the early Church, as narrated in the Acts of Apostles (12:24--14:28).
Overview
According to the Acts of Apostles, in his First Missionary Journey (46-48 CE), Paul and Barnabas left Antioch and visited Cyprus and some towns in Asia Minor, including Perga, Antioch of Pisidia, Iconium, Lystra, Derbe and Attalia, from where they sailed back to Antioch.
