King Jesus (1946) is a novel by Robert Graves.
Abstract
The life and times of Jesus Christ as seen through the eyes of a first century Alexandrian scholar. Radical departure from usual biographical approach to life of Jesus with use of Jewish and pagan folklore. Jesus was the son of Mary's first husband, Antipater II, a son of Herod. Being the grandson of a king, he was then the legitimate bearer of the title King of Kings.
