Editions and translations
Published in Cincinnati, OH: Union of American Hebrew Congregations, 1935; and in London [England]: East and West Library, 1936 (under the title A Short History of the Jewish People]]. Often reprinted with updating, between 1936 and 1970. Translated into Hebrew (1961) and Japanese (1966).
