Gerald Lankester Harding (1901-1979) was a British scholar.

Biography

British scholar. Director of Antiquities in Jordan (1936-1956). Responsible for the Palestine Archae0logical Museum (now the Rockefeller Museum), 1948-1956, at the time of the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls.
