Salome (1986) is a film directed by Claude D'Anna.
Abstract
The biblical story is updated to a WW2 setting. Salome seduces Herod by means of a torrid dance to give her the head of the prophet, but then tries to save the life of the man she has thus condemned. Starring Jo Champa (Salome), Tomas Milian (Herod), Pamela Salem (Herodias).
