Marcellus was the Roman governor of Judea, from 36 CE to 37 CE.

Biography

In 36 CE Marcellus succeeded Pontius Pilate as the Roman Prefect of Judea and Samaria. No noticeable event is recorded during his tenure. In 37 CE Marullus took his place.
