Norbert Schilzer (18 Jul 1927) was born in Berlin/Laakwitz, Germany, to Georg and Therese. He was a refugee in France at [[Chateau de La Guette]] (1939) and Nice Ecole du Parc Imperial (Jan 1942). He escaped to Switzerland on 20 May 1943, one of the 29 [[La Guette Children][to do so between 1942 and 1944.
