Ismo Dunderberg (b.1963) is a Finnish scholar.
Biography
Born in 1963, Ismo Dunderberg earned his PhD in Theology from the University of Helsinki, in 1994. A research fellow at the Academy of Finland (1995-2003), in 2003 he joined the Faculty of the Department of Biblical Studies at the University of Helsinki as acting Professor (2003-2007) and then Professor (2008-) of New Testament Studies.
In his career Dunderberg was visiting scholar at the Institute for Antiquity and Christianity (Claremont, Cal.); Yale Divinity School (New Haven); and the University of Oxford (Wolfson College).
