Robert Henry Pfeiffer (1892-1958) was an American scholar.

Biography

Born in Bologna, Italy. Student and then Professor at Harvard.

Contribution to Second Temple Jewish Studies

Pfeiffer was author of one of the most influential introductions to the period.
