Martin Goodman is a Jewish-British scholar, at the University of Oxford, England.
Biography
Born in 1953. Formerly taught Roman History at Birmingham and Oxford Universities, and is currently Professor of Jewish Studies at the Oriental Institute, Wolfson College, Oxford. A Fellow of Wolfson College, Oxford, the Oxford Centre for Hebrew and Jewish Studies, and the British Academy, Goodman has edited both the Journal of Roman Studies and the Journal of Jewish Studies.
