Hérodiade <French> / Herodias (1910) is a silent film directed by Victorin-Hyppolyte Jasset and Georges Hatot.
Abstract
Herodias, the wife of Herod, is insulted by John the Baptist. She casts him into prison and engineers Salome's Dance of the Seven Veils, requesting John's head. Based on Hérodiade (1877 Flaubert), novel.
