The Last Supper (1486) is a fresco by Domenico Ghirlandaio, at the Refectory of the Church of San Marco, Florence, Italy.

Third and last fresco on the subject by the Florentine artist, after the 1476 version at Passignano and the 1480 version at Ognissanti in Florence.
