Israel Abrahams (1858-1924) was a Jewish-British scholar, Reader in Rabbinics at Cambridge and a founder of Jewish Historical Society of England. Advanced cause of Liberal Judaism in England and was one of the first Jewish scholars to be a specialist in New Testament Studies.
