Nahum Norbert Glatzer (1903-1990) was an American Jewish scholar.
Biography
Born in Lemberg-Lviv [then under the Austro-Hungarian Empire], received his PhD (1931) from the University of Frankfurt [Germany]. With the rise of Hitler to power, moved to the United States, becoming an American citizen in 1942. Professor at Brandeis University and then Boston University. Editor of Judaism: A Quarterly Journal of Jewish Life and Thought.
