Antonio Riberi (Montecarlo, Monaco, 1897 - Rome, Italy, 1987) - Nuncio, active in Eastern Africa (1934-1945), China (1946-1951), Ireland (1959-1962), and Spain (1962-1967).

During his mission in Africa, he resided in Mombasa, Kenya. From 1939 to 1946, he headed the Vatican's assistance service for the prisoners of war and wounded soldiers of the Second World War.
