Angelo Badà (1876-1950), opera singer (baritone)

Born in Rome (Italy), Giuseppe De Luca began his career in Italy and England. He then moved to America, where he became a leading baritone at the Metropolitan Opera for over 20 years, 1915-35 and 1939-40. After his retirement, he taught voice at the Juilliard School. He died in New York City.
