Biography
Ruth Kamaryth was born February 28, 1938 in Vienna, Austria, the daughter of Veronica Kobald.
Ruth was in Belitz during the war and then in Theresienstadt until Liberation in May 1945.
After the war, she was sent to England with the Windermere Children. After a short time at the Windermere reception centre she was moved to the Weir Courtney hostel and then Lingfield House.
Ruth trained to be a nursery teacher. She eventually emigrated to the United States.
