Emanuele Testa (b.1923) is an Italian scholar.

Biography

Born on 19 February 1923 at Maceratola di Foligno (Perugia, Italy). Joined the Fransciscan order. Laureate in theology (1959) at the Pontificia Università Urbaniana; and in Holy Scripture (1962) at the Pontifical Biblical Institute. Professor of Old Testament at the Studium Biblicum Franciscanum (1957-1993).
