Albert Vanhoye (b.1923) is a French scholar.

Biography

Jesuit. Entered the Order in 1941, becoming a priest in 1954. A graduate from the Pontifical Biblical Institute, taught there form 1963 to 1998. Was created cardinal in 2006.
