Valentino Mazzola (1919-1949) -- Soccer (Italy)

"Valentino Mazzola è stato un grande numero “10”, capitano e giocatore simbolo del Grande Torino degli anni Quaranta, una delle più forti squadre della storia del calcio. Era un calciatore completo: veloce, tecnico e dalle grandi doti atletiche. Morì insieme a molti dei suoi compagni nella tragedia di Superga, il 4 maggio 1949. Aveva trent’anni."
