David and the Ark of the Covenant (1828) is a fresco by Luigi Ademollo, at Chiesa della Santissima Annunziata, Florence, Italy.

In 1816 Ademollo had decorated an entire room in Palazzo Pitti, Florence, Italy with biblical scenes inspired by the history surrounding the Holy Ark of the Jewish people; see Transportation of the Ark of the Covenant (1816 Ademollo), art.
