“Ein Mysterium in einem Vorspiele und drei Oratorien. Vorspiel: Die Geburt des Herrn. Erstes Oratorium: Christi Weihe. Zweites Oratorium: Christus der Prophet. Drittes Oratorium: Tod und Sieg der Herrn.”
