Calvin J. Roetzel (b.1931) is an American scholar. Taught at Macalester College as Arnold H. Lowe Professor of Biblical studies and Christian origins, and as a professor in Classical Near Eastern Studies at the University of Minnesota, MN, until his retirement in 2009.
