Paul J. Achtemeier (1927-2013) was an American scholar.

Biography

Paul J. Achtemeier was born in l927 in Lincoln, Nebraska.

He earned his ThD from Union Theological Seminary in New York. He served as Professor of Biblical Interpretation at Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, Virginia.

Achtemeier died on January 28, 2013.
