John Murray (1898-1975) was a Scottish-born American scholar.

Biography

Calvinist theologian and preacher. Born and educated in Scotland at the University of Glasgow. After studying and briefly teaching at Princeton Theological Seminary, became Professor of Systematic Theology at Westminster Theological Seminary, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 1930-1966.
