Warren S. Kissinger (1922-2008) was an American scholar.
Biography
Warren S. Kissinger was born in Akron, PA in 1922.
He graduated from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania, and from Yale University in 1953.
He began his ministerial career in the Church of the Brethren in 1954, and received a master's degree in theology from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg, PA in 1964.
In 1968, after earning a master's degree in library science from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Kissinger joined the Library of Congress as a subject cataloger in religion. He worked at the library until his retirement in 1993.
Kissinger died on December 14, 2008 in Washington, DC.
