Biography
Relli Bleier (1928) and Viola Bleier (May 1933) were born in Cejkov, near Kosice, Slovakia, to David, a builder, and Regina.
The family was deported to Auschwitz. Relli and Viola were transferred to Dachau and Bergen-Belsen, where they were liberated.
They went back to Slovakia, but in April 1948 they were among the Schonfeld Children who were brought to England.
They were then sent to Canada as part of the Canadian War Orphans program.
