The Septuagint Bible (1954) is a new edition of the first 3 volumes of the The Holy Bible (1808 Thompson), book, containing Charles Thompson's translation of the Septuagint, now edited by Charles Musès.

Abstract

Thompson's edition of the English Bible provided in 1808 the first translation of the Septuagint in a modern language, although limited to the canonical texts of the Hebrew Bible. Musès "edited, revised and enlarged" the text.
