Solomon Zeitlin (1892-1976) was a Jewish-American scholar. Born in Belarus. Professor of Rabbinics at Dropsie College in Philadelphia. Editor of Jewish Quarterly Review. Prolific author, specialized in Second Temple Judaism, Josephus, OT Apocrypha and Early Christianity.
