Leon Feinberg (1905-1995) was a Polish-born Jewish American novelist. Born in Gostynin, Poland, he grew up in Wloclawek. In 1921 he immigrated to Palestine with his parents. In 1937 he eventually settled in New York. He wrote numerous novels, including two historical novels (in Yiddish), dealing with ancient Judaism: Di Kenigin Izabel (Queen Jezebel, 1959) and Yerikho (Jericho, 1966).
