Santa Flavia Domitilla <Italian> (1713) is an oratorio by Antonio Caldara (mus.). The anonymous libretto is based on the Life of Santa Domitilla, a first-century Christian martyr.

Abstract

According to Christian tradition, Flavia Domitilla was the nice of Emperors Titus and Domitian. She converted to Christianity and died a martyr.
