Salomé (1997) is a London production and video recording of Salome (1905 Strauss), opera, with Christoph von Dohnányi (conductor), Luc Bondy (stage director), and Hans Hulscher (film director).
Abstract
Recording of a performance at Covent Garden (11 April 1997).
Performed in a modern setting. It was the revival of a London production, first performed in 1995 at the Covent Garden.
