Ross C. Houghton

Ross C. Houghton (M / United States, 1837-1904), scholar, theologian

Scholar, minister and writer, Rev. Dr. Ross C. Houghton, formerly of Portland, OR, was a well-known Congregational clergyman and the author of several historical books. He was pastor of prominent churches in Utica and Buffalo, Cleveland and Indianapolis. For some time he was president of McKendree college at Lebanon, IL.
