Moses Hadas (1900-1966) was an American Jewish scholar.

Biography

Born in Atlanta, GA in a Yiddish Orthodox household, graduated from the Jewish Theological Seminary. Professor of Greek at Columbia University. Fluent in many ancient and modern languages, was one of leading classical scholars of the twentieth century.
