Mieczyslaw Malinski (1923-2017) was a Polish novelist. Born October 31, 1923 in Krakow [Poland]. A companion of future Pope John Paul II, he studied Theology at the Jagellonian University and he was ordained a Catholic priest on July 24, 1949. Malinski was chaplain to the University of Krakow, and has published numerous fictional and non-fictional works of religious subject.
