Michel Faber (b.1960) is a Dutch-born Australian Scottish novelist. Born in The Hague, Netherlands on April 18, 1960. in 1967 he and his parents emigrated to Australia, where he studied at the University of Melbourne. In 1993 moved to Scotland. Journalist and author of bestselling novels, in English.
