Masih Hindustan mein <Urdu> (1908) is a non-fiction book by Mirza Ghulam Ahmad.
Abstract
Jesus survived the crucifixion and traveled to India in quest of the lost tribes of israel. He reached Afghanistan and then Kashmir, where he lived and died, being buried in Srinagar, Kashmir.
Ahmad rejected Notovitch's thesis that Jesus was in India before his preaching and was influenced by Buddhism. In Amhad's view just the opposite occurred. Jesus came to India only after the crucifixion and not before, and it was Jesus who inspired the teachings of Buddhism.

Written in 1899 and partly serialized in the Review of Religions in 1902 and 1903, the book was posthumously published in 1908, shortly after the death of the Author. The first English translation was published in 1944 and often reprinted in 1962 (Rabwah), 1973 (Qadian), 1978 and 1989 (London), 1991 (Qadian), and 1995 (London). A revised ed. of the English translation was published in 2003 (London).
