Margherita Guarducci (F / Italy, 1902-1999), scholar

Margherita Guarducci (1902-1999) was an Italian archaeologist, classical scholar and epigrapher. She led the team of archaeologists who completed the excavations on Saint Peter's tomb in the Vatican.
