Biography
Ladislaus Löb was born May 8, 1933 in Cluj, Romania. He arrived in Switzerland with his father (mother had died of tuberculosis in 1942) in December 1944 aboard the Kastner Train, after spending some months in Bergen-Belsen.
He studied in Switzerland and worked as a Professor of German at the University of Sussex in England. He is the author of a book on the his experience on the Kastner Train.
