J. Harold Thomas (1913-2006) was an American novelist. Born at Indee, New Mexico, on November 2, 1913, he earned his BA from Abilene Christian College in 1934, his ThD from Boston University in 1946, and an honorary doctorate degree in Law from Pepperdine University in 1961. A Christian minister, he preached in New England and from 1980 to 1993, at the University Church of Christ in Conway, Ankansas. He authored two biblical novels, Naked I Fled and Shearjashub. He died on October 12, 2006 in Conway, Arkansas.
