Biography
Hugo Herzer were born in 1938 in Sarajevo, Bosnia, Yugoslavia. As a refugee from Yugoslavia, he was interned in Italian KZ camps in Dalmatia at Kraljevica and Arbe. After Sept 1943 he was among those who arrived in liberated Italy. He was at DP Bari.
