Greta Wessel (F / Bosnia, 1932), Holocaust survivor

Biography

Greta Wessel were born in 1932 in Ruma, Serbia, Yugoslavia. Her mother was Alice Steiner Wessel. The family (mother, daughter and grandmother) was interned in Italian KZ camps in Dalmatia at Kraljevica and Arbe. After Sept 1943 they were among those refugees who arrived in liberated Italy. They were at DP Bari in October 1944.
