Giovanni Marchesini / Johannes Marchesinus (1250c-1325c) was an Italian Franciscan friar and Biblical scholar.

Marchesini's Mammotrectus super Bibliam is one of the most important biblical commentaries of the later Middle Ages, a product of the Franciscan school.
