Gertrude McCoy (F / United States, 1890-1967) was an American film actress of the silent era. Born in 1890 in Georgia, in 1914 she played Mary of Nazareth as the protagonist of a movie on the Nativity of Jesus. Died in 1967 in Georgia (age 77).
