Arnaldo Momigliano (1866-1924) was a Jewish-Italian scholar, and politician. Born in Mondovì, Piedmont, Italy into a Jewish family, he was a scholar of Giuseppe Mazzini and a member of the Italian Socialist Party. His edition of the work of Montefiore was the first contribution by a Jewish scholar in Italy to the Historical Jesus. The younger Arnaldo Momigliano was his cousin.
