Elisa (Lison) Frandin (1854-1911) was a Finnish opera singer.

Frandin studied in France and made her debut in Cairo, Egypt in 1881. She worked internationally, finally settling in Italy. In 1886 she was Salome in Bologna, in the Italian premiere of the revised, 4-act version of Massenet's Hérodiade. Frandin died in Milan in 1911, where since 1906 she had opened a school of singing and performing art.
