Domingos Sequeira (1768-1837) was a Portuguese artist. Born in Lisbon, Portugal, was sent to study in Italy. In 1802, he was appointed first court painter at the Royal Court of King John VI of Portugal. Spent the last years of his life in Rome where he died in 1837.
