  • {it} Pietro Perreau (1827-1911). Educazione e coltura degl'Israeliti in Italia nel medio evo. Corfu : G. Nacamulli, 1885. --- Born in Piacenza, Perreau was an Italian philosemitic priest and Orientalist. In 1860 he was appointed deputy librarian of the Palatina library of Parma (in charge of the de Rossi collection) and in 1876 he became its director. Perreau authored various studies on Jewish communities in Italy that were published in Jewish journals, such as Vessillo israelitico 27 (1879) and Corriere Israelitico, 25, 26 (1886–8).
